We ordered used freezing equipment AHT. According to the agreement the equipment should be in working condition. When we received the goods we discovered that 4 out of 45 units were out of order, they should be repaired or some parts should be replaced.  

The supplier accepted the claim. He accepted to send us only 2 units free of charge only if we prolong the sales contract with him and pay for the next delivery. In this case we will have to pay again the transportation costs and customs duty. The supplier refuses to compensate our losses by paying the money back to us.
