ID#90: Undelivered goods, no return of prepayment

Claim amount: 121.250,00 USD

Status: Collecting offers

In February 2010 we made a contract with a Dutch supplier for the delivery of seafood products. We transferred 121.250,00 USD as prepayment for the goods. The seller was not able to supply the product as agreed in the contract and we asked to return the money. The seller rejects to return out prepayment.

We need help with this case.
