Our firm supplied metal goods to a company from Nizny Novgorod. We instructed the forwarder to get the contract and delivery note signed by the buyer. The buyer discharged the goods but refused to sign the documents. As a result we received no payment.

We filed a claim to the police but the investigation nas been running for one and a half year without any results.
