ID#62: We paid the supplier. The order is not delivered, the money is not returned.

Claim amount: 88.718 Rub / 3.000 USD

Status: Collecting offers

We purchased furniture from the company "XXXX" Ltd. from Moscow and paid according to the invoice 87.218 Rub (2.900 USD). The supplier promised to produce the furniture and deliver it to our company located in the town of Krasnoyarsk. They promised to fulfil the order within two weeks.

After two weeks the director of the company told us that they did not have enough material for the production and asked to wait a little more. Then we were told that half of the order had being produced and we need to pay for the delivery to the transport company - 1.500 Rub (50 USD). Then the supplier told us a lot of stories but after 1,5 months the furniture is still not delivered. The seller ignors all our calls, pretends that they do not know us and when we ask about the delivery, they transfer the call to the director. He does not pick up the phone and switched off his mobile.

We send the supplier a letter asking to return our money but it was ignored as well.
