We made a prepayment to a company from the town of Dzerzinsk for the delivery of antifreeze. The cargo supposed to be on its way but since 23.11.2009 no delivery was made.

We have a money transfer confirmation. We have had business with this company earlier: made a purchase for 2.700 USD in October 27th, 2009.

We had a contract that was not signed by the counterparty. To have it signed we send it to the seller later on but received nothing in return.
